GET READY FOR THE 2010 BLONDES VS BRUNETTES FIELD DAY! REGISTER TODAY!!!
This year, to help us meet our fund raising goals to play in the Blondes Vs. Brunettes Flag Football Tournament benefiting the Alzheimer's Association, we are hosting an "old-school" style field day! Please join us on Sunday, August 1st at Glencoe Park for a day of fun, games and first place ribbons! Events will kick off at NOON.
Participants will be broken up into two teams, the Red Team and the Blue Team. Points will be scored for the teams throughout the afternoon by participating in and winning various games and relays. The field day will end with a giant kickball game, Red vs. Blue, followed by the awards ceremony and recognition of team MVP's (read: PRIZES!!!). With a donation of $15*, players will sign up for all Team Events. With a donation of $20*, players will sign up for all Team AND Individual/Partner Events.**
Everyone is welcome to join us, regardless of age, gender or athletic ability! You will be notified on the Friday before the field day (July 30th) by Clare with your team color and events schedule. Pre-registration is preferred so that we can distribute players to teams evenly; day-of registration is allowed, but please bring both a red and blue shirt in case. Water and I Fratelli pizza will be provided! All proceeds go directly to the Greater Dallas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
